High-Definition transcranial Direct Current Stimulation (HD-tDCS) targeting the dorsal anterior cingulate cortex (dACC) showed potential for modulating neurophysiological aspects of impulsivity, specifically motor inhibition and error processing, in adults with high trait impulsivity.
