Background:

Paratesticular liposarcoma is a rare scrotal tumor, often originating from the spermatic cord.
Surgery is the primary treatment, aiming for complete tumor resection.
The necessity of extended resection to prevent recurrence is debated.

Observation:

Two cases of paratesticular liposarcoma treated with radical testicular tumor resection without adjuvant therapy are presented.
Follow-up at nine months revealed no signs of recurrence in either patient.
