Epithelial Cell Adhesion Molecule (EpCAM) deficiency impairs intestinal epithelial integrity and stem cell function. Rho-associated coiled-coil kinase (ROCK) inhibitors partially restored epithelial integrity and increased stem cell numbers in EpCAM-deficient models.
