Extensive basal cell carcinomas of the neck and trunk: case report

A case is reported of multiple, extensive, basal cell carcinomas involving the neck, thorax, abdomen, and scalp. These had been confused with "pressure sores". We describe the palliative excision of these lesions, and repair of the resulting defects, in 10 operative stages.
