Abstract:
The factors that can reduce intrarenal pressure during flexible ureteroscopy and percutaneous nephrolithotomy have been identified as low irrigation pressure, use of a ureteral access sheath or operating sheath appropriate fothe diameter of the endoscope, and occupation of the working channel in the case of flexible ureteroscopy.
