Summary

Dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans (DFSP) with fibrosarcomatous areas (FS) presents similarly to typical DFSP but shows distinct histological features and a higher mitotic rate. Most patients remain well, though recurrence and metastasis are possible.

Background:
