Complete genome sequence of aucuba ringspot virus

A new badnavirus, aucuba ringspot virus (AuRV), was identified in Aucuba japonica plants exhibiting leaf symptoms. Phylogenetic analysis indicates it is a distinct species, possibly transmitted by aphids.
