Does Cognitive Dysfunction Correlate With Dizziness Severity in Meniére's Disease Patients

In Meniere's disease (MD), the Dizziness Handicap Inventory (DHI) shows limited correlation with cognitive function improvements. Specific DHI subscales, however, may offer insight into cognitive changes with treatment.
