Urodynamics in patients with multiple sclerosis: is it necessary? A randomized-controlled trial.

For Multiple Sclerosis (MS) patients with Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms (LUTS), a standard evaluation is sufficient for effective treatment. Advanced urodynamic studies did not show improved outcomes compared to simpler methods.
