Sperm microRNAs confer depression susceptibility to offspring

Parental depression can be inherited by offspring through sperm microRNAs (miRNAs). These sperm miRNAs alter gene expression in early embryos, causing depression-like symptoms in offspring and revealing a novel inheritance mechanism.
