Giant cementoblastoma simulating a peridental infection.

Summary

A rare giant cementoblastoma in a young female's maxilla caused a painful swelling, initially misdiagnosed as a dental infection. This case highlights the importance of accurate diagnosis for proper treatment of jaw tumors.
