Endovascular aortic repair (EVAR) increases reflected waves, potentially impacting left ventricular (LV) diastolic function. This study found amplified negative waves correlated with aortic diameter post-EVAR, suggesting a risk for LV dysfunction in patients with smaller landing zones.
