The Design and Development of a Personalized Leisure Time Physical Activity Application Based on Behavior Change

Many adults struggle to meet physical activity (PA) guidelines. This study developed the Playful data-driven Active Urban Living (PAUL) app, a personalized mobile health tool using AI to encourage exercise and improve engagement.
