First-Line Biological Agents Plus Chemotherapy in Older Patients with Metastatic Colorectal Cancer: A Retrospective

First-line biological therapy plus chemotherapy shows comparable efficacy in older and younger patients with metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC). While progression-free survival is similar, older patients experienced more adverse events but maintained a manageable safety profile.
