Effect of hamstring tissue flossing during warm-up on sit and reach performance

Tissue flossing during warm-up did not significantly improve trunk and hip flexibility in recreational athletes. Both flossing and non-flossing groups showed similar gains in range of motion, suggesting no added benefit from this technique during warm-ups.
