Summary

Complete blood cell count measures, including red cell distribution width (RDW), neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio (NLR), and derived NLR (dNLR), are associated with retinal artery occlusion (RAO). These findings suggest RDW, NLR, and dNLR may play a role in RAO development.
