A case of fatal embolization during laser lithotripsy

Fatal ureteral stone fragment embolization during laser lithotripsy is a rare but unpredictable complication. Autopsy confirmed calculus fragments caused multi-organ failure and death, highlighting the need for careful diagnosis.
