Purpose of the Study:

  • Endometrial morular metaplasia (MorM) shares key features with adamantinomatous craniopharyngiomas, suggesting an aberrant mimicry of odontogenic differentiation.
  • The findings challenge the notion of MorM as simple squamous differentiation and support a link to developmental pathways.
  • MorM's immunoprofile and morphology indicate a unique histogenetic origin potentially related to enamel knot-like structures.
