A continuous nonincisional suture technique is employed to create the double eyelid fold.

The study included 99 patients who underwent the natural adhesion blepharoplasty procedure.

Follow-up after 1 year revealed no instances of double eyelid loosening in any of the 99 patients.
The natural adhesion blepharoplasty technique demonstrated a low risk of suture loosening.
