Systemic Oxygen Utilization in Severe COVID-19 Respiratory Failure: A Case Series

In severe COVID-19 respiratory failure, oxygen delivery often exceeded utilization. Optimizing oxygen saturation (SpO2) targets may reduce oxygen toxicity, especially without anaerobic metabolism.
