PD-L2 Is Constitutively Expressed in Normal and Malignant Urothelium

PD-L2 is widely expressed in urothelial bladder cancer (UBC) and normal urothelium. Its expression differs between early and advanced disease, impacting immune checkpoint blockade strategies for bladder cancer.
