Corneal biomechanical parameters in systemic autoimmune diseases

Patients with ankylosing spondylitis (AS) and rheumatoid arthritis (RA) exhibit reduced corneal stiffness. Corneal biomechanical changes, including stiffness, are linked to disease duration in these systemic autoimmune diseases.
