Summary

First-line chemotherapy with anti-EGFR agents is ineffective for metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) patients with BRAFV600E mutations (BRAFmt). BRAFmt mCRC patients have significantly poorer overall survival compared to other mutation types.
