Summary

Gluten-free crops like amaranth, buckwheat, and corn are rich in selenium. Including amaranth-based foods in gluten-intolerant children's diets can help prevent selenium deficiency.

  • Amaranth-based foods can help address selenium deficiency in children with gluten intolerance.
  • Dietary strategies incorporating these gluten-free grains can improve nutritional outcomes.
