Summary

Synovial, clear cell, angiosarcoma, rhabdomyosarcoma, and epithelioid (SCARE) sarcomas can involve lymph nodes. Clinically node-negative patients with clear cell and angiosarcoma subtypes benefit from nodal evaluation due to higher positivity rates and survival impact.
