Objective:
To describe conservative treatment of patients with small bowel fistula.
Material And Methods:
We report 3 patients with small bowel fistula.
Conclusion:
A personalized approach in patients with small bowel fistula and a modified treatment technique were effective for conservative treatment. Moreover, this approach was valuable to avoid surgical intervention.
