Summary

Swept-source optical coherence tomography (SS-OCT) biometers demonstrated superior repeatability compared to optical low-coherence reflectometry (OLCR) for cataract surgery measurements. Both SS-OCT devices showed high precision in keratometry, anterior chamber depth, and axial length.
