Stabilization Exercises Versus Flexion Exercises in Degenerative Spondylolisthesis: A Randomized Controlled Trial

For chronic low back pain with degenerative spondylolisthesis, flexion exercises offer similar pain relief and disability improvement as lumbar stabilization exercises. Both exercise types are effective, with no significant difference found between them.
