This case report details a rare instance of acute exudative polymorphous paraneoplastic vitelliform maculopathy (AEPPVM) in a patient with choroidal melanoma and widespread metastases. AEPPVM should be considered in patients with vitelliform retinal detachments, even without a history of melanoma.
