Diagnostic Accuracy in Teleneurological Stroke Consultations

Teleneurology accurately diagnoses cerebrovascular disease (CVD), with a high sensitivity. However, specificity was lower, indicating a tendency for false positives. Missed thrombolysis candidates were rare.
