Thermal contrast amplification (TCA) significantly improves the sensitivity of rapid influenza diagnostic tests (RIDTs) for detecting influenza A and B. This method enhances diagnostic accuracy, especially for low viral concentrations, offering a promising approach for infectious disease detection.
