Laparoscopic staged management of high intrabdominal testis: A prospective randomized study

Staged laparoscopic orchiopexy for high undescended testes in children showed comparable success rates. However, staged laparoscopic traction orchiopexy (SLTO) demonstrated a better outcome by avoiding testicular atrophy compared to the Fowler-Stephens technique.
