The WHO classification for bone and soft tissue tumors now includes new molecularly defined entities. This update highlights translocation-positive tumors, undifferentiated small round cell sarcomas, GLI1-activated tumors, NTRK-driven tumors, and refined rhabdomyosarcoma subtyping.
