Two new bisindole alkaloids from Tabernaemontana macrocarpa Jack

Two novel bisindole alkaloids were discovered from Tabernaemontana macrocarpa Jack bark. Bisnaecarpamine A shows significant antimalarial activity against Plasmodium falciparum.
