Summary

This study adapted the Determinants of Implementation Behavior Questionnaire (DIBQ) into a tailored version (DIBQ-t) for evaluating low back pain (LBP) programs. The DIBQ-t is a feasible and valid tool for assessing implementation determinants in clinicians.
