Summary

Performing frozen embryo transfer (FET) immediately after oocyte retrieval (OPU) in IVF cycles does not negatively impact outcomes. Immediate FET may offer a slight, though not statistically significant, improvement in clinical pregnancy rates and reduces patient stress.
