Stem-loop-primer assisted isothermal amplification enabling high-specific and ultrasensitive nucleic acid detection

A new stem-loop-primer assisted isothermal amplification (SPA) method enables rapid and accurate nucleic acid detection for point-of-care testing. This novel approach offers a more specific and convenient alternative to existing technologies for disease diagnosis in resource-limited settings.
