SARS-CoV-2 Cardiac Involvement in Young Competitive Athletes

COVID-19 cardiac involvement is uncommon in young athletes, with a low risk of adverse events. Cardiac magnetic resonance imaging is more effective when clinically indicated rather than for primary screening.
