Evaluation of a facility for family medicine vocational training

Vocational training for family medicine/general practice has been accepted and implemented in much of the Western world, and implementation locally is being investigated. A large public sector primary care service has been evaluated as a potential facility for providing part of a vocational training programme. The conclusions drawn are positive.
