Can We Trust the Math? Correlation of Objective Postvoid Residual With Calculated Subtraction Postvoid Residual

Calculating postvoid residual (PVR) by subtraction is less accurate than objective measurement in postoperative patients. Objective PVR measurement is preferred to avoid misclassifying urinary retention, especially after urogynecologic surgery.
