[Autoplasma as a basis of the transfusion program in surgical interventions with artificial circulation]

A clinico-laboratory examination of 17 cardiosurgical patients was performed. All the patients had been subjected to operations under conditions of artificial circulation with the native autoplasm perfusate. Positive effect of plasmapheresis was noted in patients with a pronounced disturbance of blood circulation. The applied method of transfusiological maintenance of cardiosurgical operations makes them cheaper and reduces risk of the appearance of infectious diseases and causes less pronounced changes of parameters of humoral immunity.
