Virtual reality (VR) offers a promising approach to exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy for obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). VR ERP effectively simulates anxiety-provoking scenarios, improving patient engagement and adherence in contamination-based OCD treatment.
