We should conduct in-depth research on these methods to improve the relevant understanding and actively apply these methods in clinic to exert their therapeutic role. This article discusses the application of wound cleaning, conservative debridement, traditional Chinese medicine, maggot treatment, and enzymatic debridement in the treatment of chronic wounds.
