Memory T-Waves, a Rare Cause of T-Wave Inversion in the Emergency Department

Memory T-waves are a rare, benign cause of diffuse T-wave inversion on ECGs, often seen after ventricular tachycardia or pacemaker use. Differentiating these from ischemia is crucial for emergency physicians.

- These T-wave inversions are benign and do not require treatment.
