Background:

One-piece titanium implants are not routinely used for tooth loss reconstruction despite their straightforward approach.
Limitations have historically hindered the widespread adoption of one-piece implant systems.

Observation:

This study documents five prosthetic restorations using one-piece titanium implants.
Clinical cases with up to 10 years of follow-up are presented.
The technical features, surgical approach, and prosthetic workflow are detailed.

Findings:

One-piece titanium implants are a feasible and beneficial option for fixed dental prostheses.
Long-term success is demonstrated through bone and soft-tissue stability, meeting periodontal health criteria.
Uneventful healing without significant tissue loss is observed, even in patients with periodontitis.

Implications:

One-piece titanium implants are a reliable treatment for single-tooth replacements.
Achieving long-term bone stability is possible with this implant system.
The findings support the use of one-piece implants in various clinical scenarios, including the esthetic zone and posterior regions.
