- Solitary cysticercus granuloma (SCG), a single ring-enhancing lesion (SREL), is the most common neuroimaging finding in neurocysticercosis (NCC).
- While SCGs typically resolve, recurrent SCGs are infrequently reported.
Purpose of the Study:
- To determine the incidence of recurrent SCGs in patients with NCC.
- To hypothesize potential mechanisms for SCG recurrence.
