Spontaneous index finger extensor tendon rupture in a SNAC wrist

Spontaneous index finger extensor tendon ruptures, linked to wrist osteophytes from scaphoid non-union, were treated with 3-corner arthrodesis and tendon transfer. Patients regained significant strength and index finger extension, with minimal functional loss.
