• Histopathological analysis confirmed the plaque as nevus sebaceous.
• The tumor was diagnosed as eccrine poroma.
• The patient was diagnosed with eccrine poroma arising within nevus sebaceous.

Implications:

• Eccrine poroma is a rare secondary neoplasm within nevus sebaceous.
