Hereditary palmoplantar keratoderma - phenotypes and mutations in 64 patients

Genetic analysis identified mutations in five key genes in nearly half of hereditary palmoplantar keratoderma (PPK) patients. Diffuse PPK was the most common form, while mutations in AAGAB were linked to punctate PPK.
