Reactive hypoglycemia (RH) is not linked to metabolic disturbances or hyperinsulinemia. A balanced diet may be key for managing postprandial glucose and insulin levels in individuals with suspected RH.

- Pseudohypoglycemic symptoms and lower glucose values were more frequent after glucose ingestion than a balanced meal.
- A nutritionally balanced diet may play a significant role in maintaining postprandial glucose and insulin homeostasis.
